With a background in mortgage lending operations with Citibank, property preservation and (REO) bank-owned asset coordination, sales, and executive-level business management, Linn understands the many moving parts behind a successful transaction. Her experience allows her to anticipate challenges, communicate clearly, and help clients make informed decisions from start to finish.

Linn works with first-time buyers, experienced homeowners, relocation clients, and those searching for waterfront homes or new construction throughout the Tampa Bay area. She takes the time to understand each client’s goals and provides thoughtful guidance through financing, inspections, negotiations, and closing. Whether purchasing a first home or making a significant move, her goal is to make the experience as smooth, organized, and rewarding as possible.

For sellers, Linn combines strategic pricing, targeted marketing, attentive communication, and strong negotiation skills to position each property for success. Her experience with REO and property preservation gives her a valuable perspective on property condition, timelines, and the details that can affect a transaction. Outside of real estate, Linn is married, the proud mother of two children, and Lulu to one very special granddaughter, whom she loves visiting in Washington State. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends, both old and new.
